I have killed this spider in my house. I have some magnification available, but not powerful enough to see the eyes pattern. I have included a ruler to give an idea of how big the spider is. I'm in Central Florida.

Based on the large size of the spider alone, it would not be a Brown Recluse. The rather hairy looking abdomen is another clue that this spider would not be a Recluse species. It might be a type of wolf spider.
