Very distinct fiddle just behind the head; on basement wall. Legs seem long, body too small, but very clear fiddle marking. No web nearby. Thanks for your help.

This spider may mark a resemblance to the Brown Recluse, but it is actually a cellar spider. Brown Recluses have a solid colored legs and abdomen, and larger bodies.
