Hi there, I have this spider hanging outside of my window at work and was wondering if anyone knows what type of sider it is. It's got some pretty cool paterns on it.

PS. His name is Frank

Not sure what kind of spider that would be (there are 20,000 different kinds in the US). It's not on the list of harmful spiders though.
